Integrated Water Resources Management in the Whitewater Lake Watershed
Water and nutrient levels are a long standing issue for the Whitewater Lake watershed. Lake water levels fluctuate dramatically in response to climate variability and can be exacerbated by changes in land management within the watershed. Pathways of nutrients into surface water bodies and their subsequent enrichment can be investigated using hydrological modeling by incorporating all relevant processes that affect the hydrological cycle.
